Return and refund policy

For agreements concluded from 25.10.2014 onwards:

 

Exchange

  • The Customer has right to exchange shoes for other pair if purchased product appears too tight, too loose, or does not meet client’s expectations. The exchange is possible within 14 days after receiving the product.
  • The footwear exchange is possible only then if the shop has the required size.
  • It is possible to change to a completely different type of shoes with different or same price. In case when you need to pay additionally, please contact the Customer Service. If after deducting the cost of re-dispatch, the reimbursement of money is necessary, please write in the exchanged form the number of your bank account and details of the account owner.
  • Please, place an order again in the online store. In the order form select the following options: exchange and number of the previous order, e.g. 12345/XXX. Of course, the ordered shoes are already paid, but you need to pay for the possible re-shipping costs in the amount of PLN 15 (for orders below PLN 200). A link to the payment will be sent to you automatically after you place your order.
  • Next, you need to fill in the exchange form (it can be accessed below). It is essential to write your new and previous order number. The final step of the exchange will be to returning the footwear on your own expense, in the original packaging together with a statement, and attaching the original receipt for the purchase (fiscal receipt or VAT invoice).
  • The exchanged product shall be sent to the address of the store from which the product was sent to you. The shipment can be delivered in any way (by post, courier, personally).
  • The order will be executed when we receive shoes for exchange and when payment is credited to our bank account.

 

Returns

  • The customer can cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reasons and without incurring costs, except costs described in the points 2, 6, and 8 below under Article 27-38 of the Act as of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights. The term of cancellation shall begin on the date on which products are received by the Customer or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier. The cancellation of the contract is made by submitting a statement by the Customer. To keep the deadline for cancellation, it is sufficient to mail the cancellation in time.
  • In case of cancelling the contract, the client is obliged to send the products back immediately, not later than within 14 days from the day when the date of cancellation. In order to guarantee possibly the best customer service, we ask you to attach the receipt or the VAT invoice for the returned products. Direct costs of the return of products are incurred by the Customer.
  • The exchanged product shall be sent to the address of the store from which the product was sent to the Customer.
  • The Customer can exercise the right to cancellation by sending filled in cancellation form (a link to the form is provided at the end of the Terms and Conditions).
  • The Customer will receive money for the returned order immediately, not later than within 14 days from the receipt of the written cancellation of the contract, provided that Badura may withhold the reimbursement of the payment until they receive the products or the Customer will deliver the proof of returning them, whichever is sooner. The reimbursement of the payment will be made using the same method of payment as used by the Customer, unless the Customer clearly declares in the cancellation of the contract another method in which the money should be returned, which does not entail any costs to the consumer.
  • When the Customer incurs the costs of shipping the goods, these costs shall also be reimbursed if the consumer chose to deliver the goods using the other method than the regular cheapest delivery method offered by Badura Company. Badura is not obliged to reimburse the customer for any additional costs incurred.
  • Footwear can also be returned in one of Badura showrooms in Poland. To return in the showroom, one needs to cancel the contract. In order to guarantee possibly the best customer service, we also ask you to attach the receipt or the VAT invoice for the products that are returned in the Badura showrooms. The addressed of the stores are available below.
  • The customer is responsible for reducing the value of the Product resulting from using the product beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, features, and functioning of the Product.
